Karen Pelot
Karen is the founder and managing practitioner of PERSPECTIVES, which started in 2007 as a mediation firm. Fueled by client requests, PERSPECTIVES evolved into the leadership coaching & development consortium it is today.
Karen has carefully curated a team of senior-level coaches, facilitators, trainers, and speakers who are like-minded but have diverse, high-impact backgrounds. The team is unified by a common purpose to help leaders get clear, plan strategically, learn purposefully, and follow through for lasting and significant impact.
Karen thrives in helping leaders accomplish more – with less stress and better results. She brings deep expertise in leadership strategy, team alignment, conflict resolution, and people dynamics. A former Fortune 100 senior leader, Karen serves as an executive coach, facilitator, and speaker.
